Mid 60s

Thanks to a school friend introducing me to The POETS in the early 60s a door was opened and I perceived that song writing wasn't the sole province for an elite few.   Over the years I have written a number of songs and in many cases decided that they were undeserving of anyone's attention other than my own.  There are some exceptions and these are the ones that friends and family insist are good enough to be produce for public appreciation.  I hope they were right.
